Data Deletion Right

In case a user contacts us directly or via Email option, we will collect their email for the sole purpose of communication and resolving their issue. However, if the user wants to exercise their Data Deletion Right, they can request us to delete their email/username and personal information associated data from our records by contacting us through the same email address. We will respond promptly to the user's request and take the necessary actions to delete their data from our records within 120 hours (5 days) from receipt of this request.

Instructions for Request for Data Deletion

  1. Users who require their accounts to be deleted should send an email to contact@dgsms.ca
  1. The subject line for the email should be DGSMS-US Data Deletion Request
  2. Add the necessary information needed for account deletion.
    1. Application that is being used.
    2. User ID
    3. Email ID used at time of registration

Once email request has been received, your account details will be deleted in 120 hours (5 Business Days) from receiving of request.
