As per TDG regulation (4.15.3 (c)), Class 2.2 load with capacity greater than 450L is placarded with UN number and Class Placard. As per TDG regulation (4.16.1-2(h)) Class 6.1 load having Special Provision 23 must be placarded with Class placard and Inhalation Hazard. As per Regulation (4.16.1) Class 5.1 is placarded considering Class 2.2 and Class 5.1 aggregate Gross weight. Thus, Class 2.2 UN number 1072, Class 6.1, Inhalation Hazard, Class 5.1 placard are allowed to display on the Truck.

Yes , DANGER placard can be used for the loads. As per TDG Regulations (4.18) when Class 2.1 or Class 2.2 load is on the Truck along with a Class 2.3 load , the combined loads MAY be represented by a Class 2.3 placard .Thus, either DANGER placard and Class 2.3 or Class 2.3 and Class 3 placard are allowed to display on the Truck.

As per 49 CFR 177.848(6) due to class compatability mismatch for class 3 secondary placard and class 5.2 placard, Class 5.2 placard cannot be placarded. As per 49 CFR 172.500, Class 6.2 is not required to be placarded.Thus, Class 3 placard is allowed to display on the Truck.
